Hileithia magualis is a moth species that belongs to the family Crambidae. It was first described by Achille Guenée in 1854. This species can be found in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Cuba, and the southern United States. In the southern U.S., it has been recorded in multiple states, specifically Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The wingspan of Hileithia magualis is approximately 15 millimeters. Adult moths are active and can be seen in flight from March through December.
