Heliomata glarearia is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae and its subfamily Ennominae. This species was first described by Michael Denis and Ignaz Schiffermüller in 1775. It is distributed across central and southern Europe, as well as the Near East. The wingspan of adult Heliomata glarearia measures approximately 20–24 mm. Adults can be found in flight from May to August. The larvae of this species feed primarily on Medicago falcata.
