Fruit Morphology
The fruits are obliquely egg-shaped, 4.5 to 5.5 centimeters (about 2 inches) long and 3.7 to 4.5 centimeters (1 to 2 inches) wide, with small, uneven, corky pyramid-shaped protuberances across their surface.
Distribution and Habitat
This species grows on sand plains between the Stirling Ranges and Israelite Bay, in habitats of low shrubland, heath, and occasionally mallee.
