Habenaria floribunda Lindl., commonly known as Toothpetal false reinorchid, is a species of orchid. It is widespread across much of Latin America, the West Indies, and Florida. It grows in swampy areas and hardwood forests, and can be found throughout most of the Florida Peninsula. It is the most common terrestrial orchid in Florida, and it blooms from fall to winter there.
