About Gymnadenia bicolor (W.Foelsche) W.Foelsche & O.Gerbaud
Gymnadenia bicolor is visually very similar to Gymnadenia miniata, but it can be distinguished by consistent traits. Its basal flowers are typically brighter, and its sepals are wider than its petals. The middle sepal, positioned at the bottom of the flower, is usually bent downwards and very prominent. The lip, located at the top of the flower, is less curled than the lip of Gymnadenia miniata.
