Gesneria centuriella is a species of moth in the family Crambidae, originally described by Michael Denis and Ignaz Schiffermüller in 1775. Its distribution ranges across Europe, including Fennoscandia, Estonia, Russia, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Iceland, extending eastward to Japan. The species is also found in Greenland and northern North America. This moth has a wingspan of 20 to 30 mm, and its forewings range in color from smoky gray to dark brown. In North America, adult moths are active in flight from mid-June to July.
