Galium kamtschaticum Steller ex Schult. & Schult.f., commonly called Kamchatka bedstraw or boreal bedstraw, is a plant species belonging to the Rubiaceae family. It is named after the Kamchatka Peninsula, which lies along Russia's Pacific Coast. This species is native to two regions: northeastern Asia and northern North America. Its native range in northeastern Asia includes Russia's Kamchatka, Sakhalin Island, and Kuril Islands; northeastern China's Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces; Korea; and Japan. Its native range in northern North America includes Alaska (including the Aleutian Islands), Canada (Yukon, Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Quebec, Ontario, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick), and the northern portion of the contiguous United States (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Michigan, Washington).
