About Galatella sedifolia (L.) Greuter
Galatella sedifolia (L.) Greuter has lavender-blue or pinkish-lilac flowers, each with five to ten petals and a noticeably protruding yellow center. Its leaves are small, elongated, and untoothed. Mature plants reach an approximate height of 60–90 cm, or 2–3 ft. This species grows at altitudes ranging from 0 to 1,200 m, or 0 to 3,900 ft, above sea level. Its flowering season runs from July through late autumn.
