Fumibotys is a monotypic moth genus in the family Crambidae, first described by Eugene G. Munroe in 1976. This genus contains only one species: Fumibotys fumalis, commonly called the mint root borer moth. This species was originally described by Achille Guenée in 1854, and it is found across most of North America.
