About Flos apidanus (Cramer, 1779)

Flos apidanus, commonly known as the plain plushblue, is a small butterfly that belongs to the lycaenids (blues) family. It is found in the Indomalayan realm. The species was originally described by Pieter Cramer in 1779. In the eastern part of its range covering India and Myanmar, this butterfly occurs in India from Assam (Cachar) to the Karen region of Myanmar, and also from Dawnas to southern Myanmar.
