Fleischmannia incarnata, commonly known as pink slender-thoroughwort or pink thoroughwort, is a species of flowering plant in the Asteraceae family native to North America. In the United States, it occurs from Florida northward to Virginia, Ohio, and Illinois, and westward to Texas and Oklahoma. It is also found in northeastern Mexico, in the states of Veracruz, Tamaulipas, and Nuevo León. This species grows in moist habitats including woodlands, thickets, marshes, and along streambanks. It is a perennial herb that can reach up to 200 cm (79 inches, or 6 2/3 feet) in height. It produces numerous flower heads arranged in a flat-topped cluster at the tips of stems. Each flower head contains approximately 20 pink, purple, or whitish disc flowers, and has no ray flowers. This plant is known to attract butterflies.
