Fishia illocata, commonly called the wandering brocade, is a moth species belonging to the Noctuidae family. This species was first described by Francis Walker in 1857. It is distributed across North America from coast to coast. It is abundant in wet coastal forests and the wet conifer forests of the northern Rocky Mountains. The wingspan of this moth is approximately 35 millimeters. Adult moths are active and in flight during the fall. The larvae of Fishia illocata feed on the foliage of plants from the Alnus genus.
