About Felicia erigeroides DC.

Felicia erigeroides DC., commonly known as wild Michaelmas daisy, isithelelo or ixhaphozi, is a species of flowering plant in the daisy family Asteraceae. It is native to South Africa, occurring from Humansdorp in Eastern Cape Province to KwaZulu-Natal. This species was first formally described in 1836 by Augustin Pyramus de Candolle. Harvey later reclassified this species as Aster erigoides, but this reclassified name is illegitimate.
