Eupithecia bolterii is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. It was first formally described by George Duryea Hulst in 1900. This species is found in the United States in the states of Arizona and Texas. The wingspan of adult Eupithecia bolterii measures approximately 18 to 20 mm. The base color of the species' forewings is gray, and the forewings are crossed by many fine lines. Adult moths of this species are active in flight during early spring.
