About Euphrasia alpina Lam.

Euphrasia alpina Lam. is a plant species classified in the genus Euphrasia of the Orobanchaceae family. Three subspecies are currently recognized: Euphrasia alpina subsp. alpina, Euphrasia alpina subsp. cantabrica, and Euphrasia alpina subsp. pulchra. Like all species in the Euphrasia genus, E. alpina is hemiparasitic. This species is native to France, Spain, Switzerland, and Italy.
