About Euphorbia falcata L.

Euphorbia falcata, commonly known as sickle spurge, is a species in the genus Euphorbia. It is native to most of Europe, northern Africa, and Asia, and has become naturalised in other regions across the world. Two subspecies of this plant are currently recognised. Euphorbia falcata subsp. falcata grows throughout the entire native range of the species. Euphorbia falcata subsp. macrostegia (Bornm.) O.Schwartz is restricted to Cyprus and western Turkey.
