Euphorbia davidii is native to parts of southwest and central North America. It is considered non-native in other regions across the globe where it grows, including eastern and northern North America, South America, Australia, and Russia. This plant can be found in a wide variety of habitats, ranging from forests, riparian areas, and prairies, to gravel roadsides and railroads.
