The indigo flycatcher, scientifically named Eumyias indigo, is a bird species that belongs to Muscicapidae, the Old World flycatcher family. It occurs in Indonesia and Malaysia, specifically on the islands of Sumatra, Java, and in the northern montane regions of Borneo. Its natural habitat is tropical moist submontane and montane forests located at elevations between 900 meters and 3000 meters, and the species is common to fairly common within this range.
