About Eumorpha typhon Klug, 1836

Description: Eumorpha typhon has a wingspan ranging from 57 to 64 mm. The upperside of its wings is deep red brown, marked with pale brown bands. Each of its hindwings features a pink patch along the costal margin, and a triangular white spot on the outer section of the inner margin.

Distribution: The species occurs from Honduras northward through Mexico to southern Arizona.
