Eufidonia notataria, commonly known as the powder moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. This species is found in northeastern North America. It has a wingspan that ranges from 22 to 27 millimeters. Adult powder moths are active from May through July each year, and there is one new generation produced annually. The larvae of this species feed on balsam fir, eastern hemlock, eastern larch, and spruces.
