About Eudonia strigalis Dyar, 1906
Eudonia strigalis, commonly known as the striped eudonia moth, is a species of moth belonging to the family Crambidae. This species was first described by Harrison Gray Dyar Jr. in 1906. It is native to North America, with recorded distribution ranging from Nova Scotia to southern Ontario, and extending as far south as Florida. The wingspan of adult moths measures 13 to 17 millimeters. In the southern portion of its range, adult moths can be seen in flight year round. In the northern portion of its range, adults are active in flight from May to September.
