About Eudonia aphrodes (Meyrick, 1884)
Eudonia aphrodes is a species of moth in the family Crambidae. It was first described by Edward Meyrick in 1884. This moth occurs in Australia, with confirmed records from New South Wales. The wingspan of Eudonia aphrodes measures 15 to 17 millimeters. Its forewings are a distinct ochreous white, marked with fuscous patterns that are suffused with black. The hindwings are greyish white, with a grey suffusion along the hind margin. Adult moths of this species have been recorded flying in October.
