About Eriophora nephiloides (O.Pickard-Cambridge, 1889)
Eriophora nephiloides is distinguished by its diamond-shaped abdomen, where the rear subtriangle is elongated and pointed, while the front subtriangle is shorter and rounded. The dorsal side of its abdomen ranges in color from reddish-brown to a distinctive bright green or yellow. It may have white spots scattered across the abdominal dorsum, or white stripes along the abdominal edge. The underside of the abdomen has a jet-black square or rectangular marking, bordered by either white or yellow. The cephalothorax and upper portions of the legs are dark yellow-brown, and the lower leg segments have black and white banding.
