Eriogonum vimineum is a slender annual herb. It produces flowering stems that grow up to approximately 30 centimeters in height. The bases of these stems are surrounded by a rosette of leaves that range in shape from rounded to oval. Its inflorescence is a broad, open branching structure, lined with clusters of flowers. Flower colors span from pink to yellowish or white, with each flower having a darker stripe along its midrib.
