About Eriogonum luteolum Greene

Eriogonum luteolum Greene is an annual herb that varies greatly in size and growth form. It can grow as an erect plant reaching up to 60 centimeters tall, or grow prostrate, spreading out to form a mat. Its leaves are woolly, rounded, and attached by petioles; most grow around the base of the plant, though some may appear higher up on the stem. Branches of the flowering stem hold many small clusters of flowers, which range in color from white to bright pink or yellow. Each individual flower is only a few millimeters long.
