About Erigeron hyssopifolius Michx.

Erigeron hyssopifolius Michx., commonly known as hyssop-leaf fleabane, is a North American flowering plant species belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is widely distributed across much of Canada, and also occurs in the northeastern United States, specifically in northern New England, New York, and Michigan. This species is a perennial herb that grows up to 35 centimeters (14 inches) tall, and spreads via underground rhizomes. Each individual plant typically produces only one flower head, though it may sometimes produce groups of up to 5 heads. Each flower head holds up to 50 pink or white ray florets, which surround numerous yellow disc florets.
