Erica globiceps is a species in the genus Erica that grows as part of fynbos vegetation. It is endemic to the Western Cape. Its currently accepted scientific name Erica globiceps (N.E.Br.) E.G.H.Oliv. was first published by E.G.H. Oliver. The species includes two recognized subspecies: Erica globiceps subsp. consors (N.E.Br.) E.G.H.Oliv. and Erica globiceps subsp. gracilis (Benth.) E.G.H.Oliv.
