Epipactis phyllanthes G.E.Sm., commonly called the green-flowered helleborine, is an orchid species that occurs in the western Palearctic realm. It is native to Andorra, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, France, Britain, Ireland, Germany, Sweden and Denmark. It grows on calcareous substrates across a range of habitats, including dunes, scrub, and forests of beech, oak, and conifers. This species is thought to be consistently self-pollinating, with pollination taking place before its flowers open.
