About Entephria cyanata (Hübner)
Entephria cyanata is a moth species that belongs to the family Geometridae. It was first described by Jacob Hübner in 1809. Its distribution spans Europe: it occurs from the Netherlands eastward to Poland and Belarus, southward to the Balkans and Greece, and westward to Italy and Spain. It is also present in the Near East and North Africa. The wingspan of this moth ranges from 29 to 32 millimetres, which equals 1.1 to 1.3 inches. Depending on the location, adult moths are active in flight from June to August.
