Nomenclature and Taxonomy

Dryophytes immaculatus, commonly known as the Chinese immaculate treefrog, is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. This species is endemic to China.

Habitat Modification

Its natural habitat has largely been converted into rice fields, and the species is currently threatened by habitat loss.

Population Trend

Over recent decades, its population has experienced a very sharp decline, a pattern that is similar to the population declines seen in its sister species Dryophytes suweonensis and Dryophytes flaviventris.
