Dryobius sexnotatus is a species of beetle belonging to the family Cerambycidae. It is the only species classified in the monospecific genus Dryobius. Most collected specimens of D. sexnotatus originate from the Ohio River Valley, and the species has been recorded in at least fourteen states across the eastern United States.
