About Drosera subhirtella Planch.

Drosera subhirtella, commonly called the sunny rainbow, is a scrambling or climbing perennial tuberous carnivorous plant belonging to the genus Drosera. This species is endemic to Western Australia, where it grows on sandplains, granite outcrops, and along swamp margins in sand, clay, and loam soils. It produces small carnivorous leaves along stems that can reach 40 cm (16 inches) in height. Its yellow flowers bloom from August to October each year.
