Drasteria fumosa, commonly known as the smoky arches, is a moth species belonging to the family Erebidae. It was first formally described by Herman Strecker in 1898. This species is distributed from California in the western United States, eastward to Utah and Texas. Adult individuals of Drasteria fumosa have a wingspan ranging from 34 to 43 millimeters. Mature adults are active and in flight during the summer season.
