Drasteria caucasica, formally published by Kolenati in 1846, is a species of moth belonging to the family Erebidae. This moth has a recorded wingspan of 29 to 32 millimeters. Its recorded distribution includes Romania, north-eastern Bulgaria, southern Moldova, southern Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Daghestan, Armenia, Iraq, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrghyzstan, Mongolia, and the Chinese regions of Xinjiang and Tibet. Adult Drasteria caucasica are active on the wing between May and August. The larvae of this species feed on species from the genera Eleagnus, Hippophae, including Hippophae rhamnoides, and Paliurus.
