About Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S.C.Chen
Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S.C.Chen has a recorded distribution ranging from southern China to Indo-China. In Vietnam, this plant is commonly called huyết giác or giáng ông. It is a shrub that can grow up to 3 meters tall, and it produces red tubers. Its leaves measure 200 to 800 millimeters long by 20 to 30 millimeters wide. The plant bears green flowers, which develop into black berries approximately 10 millimeters in diameter.
