Disocactus speciosus, commonly called the sun cactus, is a flowering plant species that belongs to the cactus family Cactaceae. It is native to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala, and has been introduced to the Canary Islands. Under its synonym Heliocereus speciosus, this plant has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
