About Diaea simplex Xu, Han & Li, 2008

Like many species of crab spiders, Diaea simplex (originally misreferenced here as M. simplex) shows prominent sexual dimorphism, where females are noticeably larger than males. This species is distributed in southern China, specifically recorded from Guangdong Province, Hainan Province, and Hong Kong. Additional observations of the species have been noted but not completed described in this source.
