Danielithosia immaculata is a moth species belonging to the family Erebidae. It was first formally described by Arthur Gardiner Butler in 1880. This species has been confirmed to occur in Japan, specifically on the islands of Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, and the Ryukyus, as well as in Taiwan. There are also additional recorded observations of this species from Singapore, Bali, China, and the Philippines. The wingspan of adult Danielithosia immaculata ranges between 15 and 20 millimeters.
