About Cyperus aquatilis R.Br.

Cyperus aquatilis R.Br. is an annual sedge belonging to the family Cyperaceae, native to Australia and New Guinea. It typically grows to a height between 3.5 and 5 centimetres, which equals 1.4 to 2.0 inches. This plant produces green-brown flowers when it blooms between April and August. In Western Australia, it grows in the Kimberley region around creeks and swamps, in sandy-loamy soils that are often associated with laterite.
