Cyclophora dataria is a species of moth that belongs to the Geometridae family. It can be found in North America, with a range extending from British Columbia to California, eastward to Arizona, and northward to Montana. This species inhabits mixed or deciduous woodlands that contain Quercus (oak) species. The wingspan of adult Cyclophora dataria measures between 23 and 25 millimeters. Adult moths are active in late spring and summer. The larvae of this species feed on the leaves of Quercus species, and larvae can be found during the months of July and August.
