Craugastor stejnegerianus is a frog species that belongs to the family Craugastoridae.

Distribution

This species occurs naturally in Costa Rica and Panama.

Habitat

Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, pastureland, plantations, and heavily degraded former forest.

Threats

This species is currently threatened by habitat loss.
