Crambus satrapellus is a moth species belonging to the family Crambidae. This species was first described by Zincken in 1821. Its known distribution ranges from the United States, where it has been recorded in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas, south to Brazil. Across most of North America, adult moths of this species are in flight from July to September, while in Florida adults can be seen on wing year-round.
