About Crambus pascuella Linnaeus, 1758
This species has a wingspan of 20–24 mm. Forewings have a triangularly produced apex, and are colored brownish-ochreous. Posteriorly, they have whitish interneural streaks edged with blackish; they also feature a white dorsal streak and a broad shining white median longitudinal streak that reaches the costa towards the base. The median streak is narrowed posteriorly, where it is cut by an oblique dark line, and it does not pass the second line. The second line is angulated, silvery-white, and dark-edged anteriorly; it is preceded by a white costal spot and followed by a V-shaped mark. There are some black terminal longitudinal marks, and the cilia are metallic. Hindwings are grey, and are more whitish on the dorsal side. Additional information can be found in Parsons et al.
