Crambidia uniformis, commonly known as the uniform lichen moth, is a species of moth in the family Erebidae. This species was first described by Harrison Gray Dyar Jr. in 1898. It is distributed in eastern North America, with recorded occurrences in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Adults of this moth have a wingspan ranging from 12 to 18 mm.
