Comostola laesaria is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. It was first formally described by Francis Walker in 1861. This species can be found in Sri Lanka, India, Indochina, southern China, Taiwan, Sundaland, northern Australia, Singapore, and the Bismarck Archipelago. The wingspan of adult Comostola laesaria moths measures approximately 20 millimeters. The larvae of this moth feed on the flowers of a wide range of plant types, including species from the genera Buchanania, Mangifera, Dimocarpus, Melaleuca, the species Terminalia carolinensis, and species in the family Melastomataceae. Comostola laesaria larvae are pale green or pale brown in color.
