About Colasposoma viridicoeruleum Motschulsky, 1860

Colasposoma viridicoeruleum adults reach a body length of 4 to 5 millimetres (0.16 to 0.20 inches). Their bodies have a metallic green, blue, or dark violet coloration. The head is closely punctured, and bears black antennae. The thorax is twice as broad as it is long, has rounded sides, and a punctured surface. The elytra bear stronger punctures arranged in irregular rows. This species is distributed across India, the Andaman Islands, Myanmar, the Malayan Subregion (including the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Java, Borneo, and the entire Indonesian Archipelago), the Amur River region, and China.
