Coenonympha saadi, commonly known as the Saadi heath, is a butterfly species that belongs to the Nymphalidae family. This species is distributed across Transcaucasia, Iran, Iraq, and south-eastern Turkey. It produces one generation per year, with a flight period running from early May to late June, and sometimes extending into early July. Saadi heath inhabits arid sparse woodlands, as well as desert and semi-desert areas. Its known host plants include Poa annua and other grasses.
