Clepsis clemensiana, commonly known as Clemens' clepsis moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Tortricidae. This species is native to North America. In this region, it has been recorded in southern Canada, the northeastern and northwestern United States, and the area stretching from northern Utah to northern California. The forewings of adult Clepsis clemensiana measure between 9.6 and 11.2 millimeters in length. The larvae of this moth feed on species from the grass family Poaceae, and also feed on species of the genera Aster, Symphyotrichum, Apocynum, and Solidago.
