Chrysojasminum odoratissimum, commonly called fragrant jasmine, is a flowering plant species belonging to the Oleaceae family. It is native to the islands of Madeira and the Canary Islands. It grows as a scrambling evergreen climber that can reach a height of 2.5 meters (8 feet). Under its older synonym Jasminum odoratissimum, this plant has received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit for use as a wall shrub.
