Choristoneura conflictana, commonly known as the large aspen tortrix, is a moth species belonging to the family Tortricidae. This species was first formally described by Francis Walker in 1863. Its distribution ranges from the Pacific coast to the Atlantic coast of North America, extending from Alaska southward to California, Arizona, and New Mexico. The wingspan of adult large aspen tortrix moths measures between 25 and 35 mm. Adult moths are active in flight from May through August each year. The larvae of this moth feed on Populus tremuloides.
